When you order interior design of an apartment, an office or any other premises, you get a full package of sketches and imaging of the future interior design. Using our drawings and with our thorough designer supervision, construction workers will make your interior look just as it was planned.

When you order interior design, you get:

1. 2—3 layout options;
2. 3D imaging of the premises;
3. Design sketchbook, which includes:

• Measurements scheme;
• Dismantling plan;
• Layout of partitions and constructions;
• Furniture layout;
• Sanitary equipment scheme with specifications and references;
• Under floor heating layout;
• Floor layout, floor covering scheme;
• Ceiling layout;
• Layout of light fixtures, switches, light control chart, with references;
• Switch socket scheme, with references;
• Door layout;
• Air conditioning scheme;
• Wall elevations for all premises, scheme of wall covers;
• Sketches of the furniture (made-to-order);
• Specifications for finishing materials, furniture and light fittings;
• Budget estimate for finishing materials and works.

Designer supervision is aimed at controlling compliance of the construction works with the project design; consultations regarding construction works; selection of materials and furniture; arranging purchase and delivery of materials; finding contractors – price: $300 per month (4—6 visits a month).

Architectural Design

When you order an architectural design (D), you get:

1. 2—3 layout options;
2. 3D layout imaging;
3. Sketchbook, which includes:

• explanatory note;
• scheme of the general plot plan;
• floor plan;
• roofing plan;
• section drawings;
• facades with room finishing record;
• window opening и doorway record.

Price: $10 per m²

When you order a working architectural design (WD), you get:

1. 2—3 layout options;
2. 3D layout imaging;
3. Working documentation package, which includes:

• explanatory note;
• scheme of the general plot plan;
• foundation plan;
• foundation section drawings;
• floor plan;
• framing plan;
• roofing plan;
• scheme of the roofing elements (rafters);
• section drawings;
• facades with room finishing record;
• window lintel layout and record;
• window opening and doorway record;
• construction units.

Price: from $15 per m²

Designer supervision is aimed at controlling compliance of the construction works with the project design; consultations regarding construction works; selection of facade materials – price: $300 per month (4—6 visits a month).
